Dollar - Youngster Retains Place In Squad.
Bangladesh medium paceman Nazmul Hossain has be recalled to Bangladesh's one-day international squad for the first time in more than two years as the selectors look to take advantage of the expected quicker wickets in Australia.
Hossain, who last played for his country in February 2006 against Sri Lanka, was one of five paceman selected for the three-match series to be held in Darwin.
Paceman Mashrafe Mortaza, Shahadat Hossain, Dollar Mahmud, Farhad Reza were also included in the 15-man squad.
Bangladesh chief selector, Rafiqul Alam, said the conditions in Darwin, Australia's most northern city, had prompted the selection of the quicker bowlers.
"It's always hot in Darwin. The humidity though is nothing like it is here and we expect bouncy pitches," he told The Daily Star in Dhaka.
"On the other hand, we have five practice games and some practice sessions before the series."
Dhiman Ghosh has been handed the wicketkeeper's gloves after first choice Mushfiqur Rahim failed a fitness test earlier this week.
The series will be the first time Bangladesh's Australian-born coach, Jamie Siddons, has guided the Tigers against his home country since taking the role in October last year.
The first match in the series will be played at the TIO Stadium in Darwin on August 30.
